Best apartments in Ridgewood under ?

Crime rate is something to consider -Ridgewood sits at 51.6 per 100K. With a population of 26,076, Ridgewood is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $217,250, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Thanks for reading. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 5 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into running, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
