Anyone regret moving to Rincon?

Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Rincon sits at 204.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $230,300, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this?   The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. No regrets on my end..

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it's been a really good experience overall.
