Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Rincon sits at 204.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 9.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 11,152 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? Thanks for reading. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
