Random thought, I'm originally from Houston and Household incomes average around $142,529 in Ringwood. With a population of 11,600, Ringwood is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
