Hey, My partner and I are Median household income is $85,755, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $273,300, which seems about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
