Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are With a population of 107K, Rio Rancho is a mid-size city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Rio Rancho? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
