Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $1,481 for rent here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 107K people. Homes are going for about $273,300 on average. The median home value here is around $273,300, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
