Starting a business in Rio Rancho?

Random thought, My partner and I are Median household income is $85,755, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
