How is the nightlife in Rio Vista?
Hi all, Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Maple Ridge. It's solid for what you get.
Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in retail. If you're in retail you might struggle.
People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like seafood.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
