So, I've been here for 4 years and Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $119,300 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
