Hey folks, I've been here for 15 years and Homes are going for about $161,500 on average. Household incomes average around $59,063 in Ripon. Rent is about $708/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 7,803 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
