Co-working spaces in River Edge?

Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Westside. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in legal. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
