Unpopular opinion about River Edge

Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -River Edge sits at 17.4 per 100K. Rent is about $1,811/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Friendly people
- Diverse community
- Low taxes
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
