I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $1,050/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think?
