It's a a small town city with about 11,489 people. Median household income is $148,711, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this?

I'm a contractor and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.
