Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $244,700, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 10,482 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
