I've been here for 19 years and Rent is about $1,230/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -River Grove sits at 321.7 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
