Random thought, Just moved here 1 months ago and Homes are going for about $196,500 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Best companies to work for in River Park?

The unemployment rate is 6.4%, which is concerning. With a population of 6,415, River Park is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
