Best neighborhoods in River Ridge

Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $84,464, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -River Ridge sits at 161.0 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 13,170 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
