Co-working spaces in Riverbank?

Just moved here 11 months ago and Rent is about $1,527/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
