Cheapest neighborhoods in Riverdale?

OK so My partner and I are Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. No regrets on my end..
