Riverdale vs Orlando -which is better?

First post here. Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $62,627, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Riverdale sits at 442.1 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Riverdale? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
