Random thought, I'm a 52-year-old pharmacist and Household incomes average around $61,779 in Riverdale. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
