Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a 50-year-old sales rep and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
