Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $88,575, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $88,575 in Riverside. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
