Studio apartments in Riverside -options?

Hey everyone, Just moved here 8 months ago and Homes are going for about $139,100 on average. Median household income is $59,271, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 13.8%, which is around average. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'm a teacher and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
