I've been here for 13 years and Homes are going for about $380,600 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
