Anyone else love living in Riverview?

Hey everyone, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $341,200 on average. The median home value here is around $341,200, which seems about average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 108K people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Happy to answer more specific questions..
