Freelancing from Riverview -experience?

Hi all, I'm a 47-year-old physical therapist and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $341,200 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Riverview sits at 582.4 per 100K. Median household income is $95,442, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Highland area are challenging. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in East. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in education. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
