Should I move to Riverview or stay in Tampa?

Hello, Been living here since 2016. Median household income is $95,442, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $95,442 in Riverview. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $341,200 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Let me know your thoughts. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 9 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
