Riverview vs Orlando -which is better?

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $71,783 in Riverview. With a population of 12,269, Riverview is a small town. The median home value here is around $200,500, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Diverse community
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Cold winters
- Mosquitoes and humidity
What do you all think? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
