Things that make Riverview unique

Hi all, I've been here for 17 years and Rent is about $1,050/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 12,269 people. With a population of 12,269, Riverview is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. No regrets on my end..
