Freelancing from Riverview -experience?

Curious what people think. I'm single, late 50s, and With a population of 2,688, Riverview is a small town. Rent is about $791/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $791 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The walkability is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
