Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $110,136 in Riviera Beach. Rent is about $1,945/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
