Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 14 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,945 for rent here. Household incomes average around $110,136 in Riviera Beach. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.
I've been here 1 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is tough.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
