Biggest downsides of living in Río Grande zona urbana?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 7.3%, which is concerning. Household incomes average around $22,033 in R--o Grande zona urbana. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
