Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $126,500, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 79--F, so it's warm year-round. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
