Hey everyone, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $790 for rent here. Rent is about $790/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $168,600 on average. It's a a small town city with about 1,819 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
