Is Roanoke Rapids worth moving to in 2026?

Hey, The median home value here is around $129,400, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
