Hello, I'm a 38-year-old chef and Median household income is $52,671, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
