First post here. I work in energy and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $645,100, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Thanks! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
