Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Salt Lake City about 4 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Property taxes are high

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are stable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a writer who relocated here from Minneapolis about 6 years ago. The main reasons were work and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are competitive, gas is average.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
