Hey folks, Median household income is $119,054, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
