Just moved to Rochester Hills, any tips?

Moved here from Denver about 3 years ago. it's been a really good experience overall. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Happy to answer more specific questions..

Bought a house here in 2020 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.
