Most overrated things about Rochester Hills

Hey, Rent is about $1,606/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 76,086 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
