Hello, Been living here since 2005. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,866 people. You can expect to pay around $1,220 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
