Hey folks, Been living here since 2019. Household incomes average around $79,388 in Rochester. Rent is about $1,220/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
