Housing market in Rochester right now

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2020. Homes are going for about $120,600 on average. Average temperature is around 51°F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs?

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The cultural scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
