Studio apartments in Rochester -options?

We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 6,025 people. Median household income is $94,754, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 6,025, Rochester is a small town. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Easy commute
- Walkable downtown
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited dining options
- Mosquitoes and humidity
Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
