Is Rock Hill good for remote workers?

First post here. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $416,000, which is pretty steep. With a population of 2,530, Rock Hill is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
